Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Updates

I accept that we are not 100% in control of our lives. There are situations, both minor and serious, that can prevent a previously scheduled appointment to work out. In these moments, communication is key.

Thank you for respecting the Studio Q 360 schedule. Please call if you have any questions regarding these policies, or your next scheduled appointment.

Studio Q 360 Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Updates for 2017

24 hours notice is required for all cancellations or the full appointment fee will be charged.

If an unexpected emergency arises that is out of your control, Therapist discretion will determine the fee charged.

If a client does not inform Studio Q 360 of the cancellation prior to the appointment (aka No Call/ No Show), the full appointment fee will be charged, and you will not be eligible to reschedule your appointment for three weeks.

Payment of the Cancellation Fee is required to book subsequent massage sessions.

15+ Minutes Late Qualifies as a Cancellation

Paperwork and session planning are not included in the timing of your massage session or fee. Clients are expected to arrive 15 minutes before every session to complete required paperwork.

If you do not adhere to the Arrival Time, minutes will be shaved from your appointment and the full fee will be charged. See below.

2pm Session Example
Client Arrived at 1:45pm
Session Time 2pm-3pm (60 minute session)
Post Massage Discussion approximately 10 minutes
Fee: $60

2pm Session Late Arrival Example
Expected Arrival Time 1:45pm
Client Late Arrival at 2pm
Adjusted Session Time 2:15pm-3pm (45 minute session)
Post Massage Discussion approximately 10 minutes
Fee: $60

If you are running late, please call to confirm your appointment. This illustrates respect for your Massage Therapist and fellow clients.

If a client does not confirm the appointment and arrives 15 minutes or more after the Session Time, the appointment is cancelled and the full appointment fee will be charged.

Abuse of the Cancellation Policy

If, with less than 24- hours notice, a client cancels, reschedules, or chooses to No Call/No Show three times, massage sessions will not be available to the client for three months without prepayment.

Unexpected emergencies do not include an otherwise foreseeable conflict, such as double booking a hair appointment at the same time as your massage.
